Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4527) on the following at              
this time:

An Act relating to voter registration and to state election

and the following with a technical title change:                               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN)

administration; and providing for an effective date.

Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 211(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 211(FIN),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.
